Three rounds in and the football and netball ladders are starting to take shape.

In round four of the football, Kolora-Noorat only just fell to undefeated Russells Creek last round and look an improved side in 2025.

This week the Power face another tough test in unbeaten Allansford, who are firing with a new-look forward line.

Russells Creek versus Nirranda under lights should be an entertaining contest between two sides expected to be competing come the pointy end of the year.

The Blues lost to ladder-leaders Merrivale in round three, however they did have 10 players away for the game.

In the netball, fourth-placed Dennington’s clash with fifth-placed Timboon Demons should be a cracking contest which could have big implications at the end of the season.

The Dogs are coming off a strong win against Old Collegians, while the Demons will be looking to bounce back from an upset loss to South Rovers.

The Lions will fancy themselves a good chance of backing up the win when they take on Panmure, which is also chasing a second victory.

Nirranda and Allansford will look to continue their unbeaten starts when they take on Russells Creek and Kolora-Noorat.

Merrivale and Old Collegians will enjoy a break this week thanks to their clash on Good Friday.
