The contest between ladder-leader Nirranda and fellow flag fancy Allansford looms as the most interesting A-grade netball clash of the round.

Every Warrnambool and District league senior football team has belted out the song in 2025 following South Rovers’ special victory against Panmure in round 13.

The Lions boasted five under-18 players – Oliver Kenna, Paddy Blythe, Sam Anderson, Tully Matheson and Jack Hope – in the winning team.

The Luke Kenna-coached Rovers would love to snare another win on the run home and will consider themselves a chance against Kolora-Noorat (3-10) in round 14 on Saturday, July 19.

Other games in the round, which follows a league-wide bye, include two top-five clashes.

Fifth-placed Old Collegians host third-ranked Russells Creek on the Saturday and fourth-placed Nirranda welcomes second-placed Allansford on the Sunday.

Panmure and Timboon Demons meet in the other senior football contest.
