Just two rounds to go

There are just two rounds to go in the Warrnambool and District league home-and-away season however there is still plenty to play for.

The battle for fifth in the senior football is still not over, with Dennington (fifth), Kolora-Noorat (sixth), Panmure (seventh) and Timboon Demons (eighth) all in the mix.

The Bulldogs will fancy their chances against South Rovers on Saturday and if they can secure the four-points are a good chance to move to equal points with the Dogs and Power.

The Dogs, Power and Demons all face top-three sides and will be up against it to spring an upset.

In the A-grade netball, if the sixth-placed Timboon Demons can down 10th-placed Panmure they will keep their finals hopes well and truly alive.

The Demons however, only narrowly clinched victory the last time the sides met and the Bulldogs will be full of confidence after their first win of the year.

Dennington, currently fifth and a win clear of the Demons, face a stern assignment in undefeated Nirranda
